About the location and surrounding areas
Natura Park Homes Project ( N 37 04' 07.4", E 028 25' 01.2" ) is located in the province of Mugla in a tiny valley between the mountains in the Gokova region, situated next to Yesilova village. The Gokova region is famous for its blue sea, crystal clear river waters and green flora. Gokova Korfezi ( Gulf of Gokova ) is one of the most popular blue cruise routes of the turkish mediterranean coast.
In Gokova region there are many villages. Neighbouring Yesilova village, meaning in turkish "green valley" is only 300 yards from complex and provides friendly locals, horseriding, fresh eggs and vegetables.
Gokova village is only 3 miles from the complex and provides many services including supermarket, post office, health centre, pet shop, barber etc.
The most interesting village is Akyaka, which is only 5 miles from the complex. Akyaka has a wonderful beach with big palmtrees, exquisite fish restaurants and Sedir island ( Cleopatra's island ) with its white sand. There is also an ATM available in Akyaka.
The worldwide known Marmaris is only 22 miles from the complex. In Marmaris 5 star hotels, one state and two private hospitals, large marina, yacht chartering, international brands and all kinds of entertainment is available.
Only 20 miles away in Mugla city there are two large hospitals ( one state, one private ) with surgical / emergency services and diagnostic units. Also an university and branches of all the banks.
About the Natura Park Homes complex
All properties on the complex have breathtaking panoramic mountain views on both sides. In the tiny valley between these mountains, away from the chaos of crowded centres, the complex is situated amidst unspoilt green fields and forestry areas. Therefore enabling its residents to create their own nature walks/hikes of various lengths and environments. For those who prefer there are also many possible bike routes for you to enjoy, taking you past the lush corn and sesame fields and all the natural greenery. The river located just a few hundred yards from the complex is fed by the waterfall , fresh from the mountains. Alongside the river, the canyon gives way to the refreshing breeze supplied from the Gulf of Gokova.
The complex provides a quaint cafe-bar supplying light refreshments, swimming pools for both adults and children and a basketball/volleyball court for those sports fans. The onsite market will stock many fresh food and non-food daily essentials.
A very important aspect of the NATURA PARK HOMES project is the very green landscape accompanied by plenty of various tropical plants, such as palm trees, banana trees and bougenvilles. With these characteristics the Natura Park Homes project will be a man-made paradise in Gokova.
The complex management will be responsible for the security, technical maintenance/repairs and the cleaning of the communal areas. The budget costs of the complex management will be covered by the monthly fees of the property owners. Services such as grass cutting and pool cleaning will also be available even in the absence of the owner, upon request.
Transportation
The scheduled shuttle service supplied by the complex takes owners and their families to Gokova and Akyaka throughout the day.
From Gokova there are public bus connections to Akyaka and Mugla city every hour.
Intercity buses from various companies and local short distance buses stop at the big junction at Gokova and take the passengers to Marmaris and Mugla city frequently during the day.
Taxis of course, are always available.
